Kindergarten Sight Words PDSA cycle 1
Today we reviewed the 40 Kindergarten sight words. We learned that 20% of our class knows all of them and can read them within one minute. Our classroom goal is to have 100% of the kids reading the 40 K sight words by Oct. 14. I will be checking their progress on Fridays for the next three weeks. We made plan on how we are going to get there. The teacher will provide the kids with the list of the words. I will also make up games for them to play during the day. The students will play the games, practice with partners and will read the words two times at night. Here is the list.
